recent thoughts...
i just released my third album this week
its the first time to try producing a new genre...
it may be the last- only because i was merely trying something i hadnt tried before.
i like to test the waters and push envelopes...
it helps determine where my preferences lie.
because this album is so different i have mixed feelings-
i am very pleased with many technical aspects of it and it helped me learn new things.
i want it to do well, however i dont feel like i have tapped into any resources that favor this particular style of music. thus i am uncertain how well it will be received by the people whom i notify.
all i can say is that im glad i had this experience regardless what others may think, and perhaps they will like the next album better! speaking of which, i am already back in the studio working on the next album. updates will come soon...
