poetry...
here's yet another bunch of poems from my archive for your entertainment. enjoy...

down and blue

seeing blue,
feeling blue,
feeling down,
looking down
at the tracks below me,
over the edge
from where i stand,
from where i drive,
at where i could be,
wondering if that's where i should be...
took off the shades
and life looked less pretty,
as pretty as it felt,
as pretty as i felt;
blue wasn't very pretty,
nor am i...
what should it matter
what others think
if it isn't what i think
except i'm alone
and often ignored,
still i don't care
because i don't want to fit in;
i want to be accepted as i am...
there i stood
feeling down,
looking down,
feeling blue,
wondering what to do.
it doesn't matter
because i don't care.
i don't let it get to me
as much as i can,
but sometimes i wonder
when i stare
out into the blue
what will i do,
who will i be with-
could it be you?

Dreams

Invisible precipitation falls
As the vacant sky calls:
"Come and tour the Netherworld!
Observe beauteous sites
As you ride the river Styx.
Practice ancient rites
And prepare to be in a fix
As you are hurled
Through time and space,
Back to your original place."
And your brain
Starts to wane
As you see a familiar face
From an old, reminiscent place.
Plot a course of destination
And set off for the location,
In search of the reservation
With a scanty population
That is hoping for regulation.
Full of consternation,
You aid the pitiful nation
And exempt them from obligation.
Suddenly, the heavens part
And your other vision can start
To reappear
Of that dear,
With the familiar face.
And with the rest,
They were dressed
All in lace.

Dysphoria

Tears billow and cry down;
They splash upon the letter that brought a frown.
Oh these scalding, burning hot tears,
Won't they ever cease, along with these fears?
Your nerves send a signal, telling you of a compel;
How much longer will these treacherously feeling emotions dwell?
We will never know and time will never tell.

Emitology to Where No Man Has Been Led Before

We, the crystal beings by God's nature,
Have doubtless emotions upon the essence of satirical outcasts.
These are the rites by which mankind, alone, cannot deny --
For they protrude too well.
Crisps the day that allows night to overcome all.

Eternal Bliss

This to thine own eyes be true.
Let this heart o' mine utter no lies to you.
You are the most gorgeous creature that I've ever seen.
Life was made for you and me, and no one shall come in between.
If I were never to see you again,
I would always think about you -- not just now and then.
I could love you forever, forever and a day,
In each and every single way.
You glimmer,
You shine.
My life would shimmer
If you were to be mine.

Foolhardy Silliness

The sad misgivings of injustice
Contradict righteousness,
But emphasize human nature.
Common sense is senseless.
Truth is fiction,
But only not in our minds.

Note:
Is everything "good" right?
&
Is everything "right" good?
